At this point in their career, Bob and Ray's genius comedy had almost left the planet. Enjoy some brownies with them, attend a radio soap opera writers meeting, and then read a TV channel's schedule for the day. Consider that most of their bits at this time were ad-libbed.
This short 1958 WNBC radio air-check is from one of R2's ARFS transcription disks, which was taped to 7" reel to reel and then converted to digital format. The recording's low quality, fuzz, skips, and abrupt editing makes it a welcome addition to the Bob and Ray For The Truly Desperate files.
