your neighborhood druggist presents bob and ray

In this 44 minute clip, the ads seem to be getting longer and more frequent. On a technical note, the pitch seems to vary a bit at the beginning although that seems to vanish as the show progresses. It begins with the Warner Brothers (cartoon) Theme and some banter about Bob being in a bad mood. After a neighborhood druggist ad, there is an episode of (lawrence fetzenburger? guessing at the name) Interstellar Office Attendant. Then there is an ad for the Pepsodent doll-*the only doll in town whose teeth turn white.* After s short instrumental, there is an ad for Utol, the antibiotic skin cream. Bob interviews an Iowa man who wants his head and face to appear on TV. There is a song between a sleep-eze ad and an ad for neoaquadrin antibiotic throat lozenges. This is followed by an ad for the local druggist contest and a short musical interlude. Wally Ballou covers the Bob and Ray Bake Off contest. Bob and Ray then banter between a Pepsodent ad and a sleep-eze ad. After a song there is a Yodora antibiotic deodorant ad. The Bird Lady appears and there is an ad for the write-a-letter-about-your-local-druggist contest. The show ends with The Life and Loves of Linda Lovely: Girl Intern.
