ITMA : It's That Man Again (1940s OTR Comedy) : 53 Editions

(4.2 estrellas; 2 reseñas)

ITMA: It's That Man Again is a wartime radio comedy from the 1940s starring Tommy Handley. The show features a cast including Jack Train as Colonel Chinstrap, along with Mrs Mopp, Mona Lott, Sophie Tuckshop, Tess Tickle, and Funf the Nazi Spy.

The title ITMA originated from a catchphrase used in British newspapers to refer to Hitler obliquely as 'That Man.' This clever acronym became the title of the BBC's comedy series launched in 1939, which humorously alluded to its star, Tommy Handley. The series is known for its memorable catchphrases, such as 'Can I do you now, sir?' and 'This is Funf calling! TTFN!'

This collection includes 53 editions of the show, making it the largest online collection available.

This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
