The Slide is a captivating BBC sci-fi radio drama from 1966. The story revolves around an unearthly mud that possesses a will of its own, causing chaos in the town of Redlow.
Unfortunately, there are very few British or BBC vintage radio recordings available today. This scarcity is largely due to the BBC's lack of foresight in recording the majority of broadcasts, which many consider a form of cultural vandalism. Additionally, the BBC is known for being extremely protective of its copyright.
