one of my favorite readers

the sound and volume was great on this one, too. 2018 - This story has a great plot. A man marries a woman and has a child with her (pretty common now), BUT he is not allowed to know who she is. She stays veiled or the lights are out every time they meet. She's somewhat a "man-hater" due to a previous bad experience. It's a cute love story. Just what I need every now and then.

Enjoyable Story

This is a short story but every chapter is entertaining and narrated perfectly by Lee Smalley. It’s somewhat unique and probably pushed the envelope a bit for the time. I enjoyed it and and am very grateful to LibriVox and Mr. Smalley.
