I started this book with another recording, and when I ran out of time on the download switched to this. I had made a mistake not starting with this one. This recording is far superior, a delight, and has been a wonderful companion to my morning barn chores for weeks. I am at a loss as to what to do tomorrow, I will miss this wonderful story so much.

Amazing

I couldn't stop listening and I was mesmerized with the way the Count revenged himself. He had thought of everything. I now want to get the book and read it by myself.

incredibly suspenseful and amazing book. I really enjoyed the reading by the Englishman who resides in Texas and I am looking forward to starting the book over again as it was a very long book And I am sure there were things I missed.

If only Edmond Dantès had remained Edmond Dantès...

These five stars are wholly for the narrator. The books starts out promisingly but by about chapter 56 I had given up and read a synopsis. However, a standing ovation is in order for the talent and time that David Clarke gave to this book. Merci.

Outstanding! Simply outstanding!!
