BITTERSWEET

(4.5 stars)

Delightful stories of the proper innocence of Christmas. Bittersweet because this innocence is gone from our jaded society. Enjoy these tales because there will be no more.

Very Nice !

New stories from the time between this just past century and the early Victorian times !?! Sweet, fast, and entertaining!

A Gem of a Christmas book

(5 stars)

This is a perfect book for fans of O Henry's The Gift of the Magi. The stories are set in New York City around 1910 and have a nice urban Christmas vibe.My favorite story employed a Dickensian ghost. The twist is the person the protagonist is bought to help is nit one the reader would expect.

So heart-warming

I absolutely loved this! As a.43 year old woman, this tugged at my heartstrings and warmed my Christmas spirit. Part 4 was my favourite! It was read and produced beautifully, too! Thank you!
