Nicely read, and a lovely ending. :) This is the last book currently on Librivox and the author had intended it to end the series, but after receiving letters asking for a book about Phronsie grown up she wrote another, Phronsie Pepper.

Great story! I have listened to all of The Five Little Peppers, & have enjoyed them all. I especially enjoyed this one, though. And it was nice to have a reader that I could understand. She did a very good job!

It ended rather too fast, but other than that I loved it! Polly's friends got somewhat annoying at times, but that made me sympathize more with Polly. I had already read 'Phronise Pepper', which I shouldn't have, as a lot of the details in that one make more sense after reading this one. I enjoyed how the Pepper characters were featured more evenly in this book (even Davy some!) - versus in 'Five Little Peppers Midway'. The reader had a very pleasant and animated style. She was a little fast, so I slowed it down just a bit.

It took a bit of getting used to the rapid delivery of the narrator. She worked quite diligently to give her characters different voices , and told the story well. Not as well written as the first book; but if you want to know what becomes of the various characters, listen to the book and bring an end to their adventures.

Although the description doesn't say, this is the fifth & last book in this quaint series. Reader does well enough; though she sometimes gets extra excited & reads extra fast.

great reader, and the book has an awesome ending 🥰😊🥲 the reader does read bit fast at times but it's not bad at all. she is very clear and does a great job giving all the characters different voices 💖

A great story showing the natural innocence of childhood. The narrator was good on the whole but gave Polly a voice of a child half her age
