Count Felix von Luckner, German naval war officer of World War One, through the words of Lowell Thomas, relates his adventures at sea as a young man through his German naval command in Word War I. Von Luckner is best known as the one who broke through the British blockade and disrupted Allied shipping in a windjammer, under sail, while managing to avoid killing any Allied crews.
