Carlton Morse Adventure/Mystery Compilation - 140 episodes

This upload contains three different Old Time Radio programs from the great Carlton Morse.  A total of 140 episodes are included. The shows included are: 1. Adventures by Morse (1944) - 52 episodes.  The complete program. 2. I Love Adventure (1948) - 13 episodes.  The complete program. 3. I Love a Mystery (1949-1952) - 75 episodes. The show was originally aired from 1939-1944, and then was revived using the original scripts in 1949.  The program storylines were serialized over many episodes.  Unfortunately most episodes of the show do not appear to have survived. The 75 programs contained herein represent 5 of those storylines, and even a few of those episodes are missing.  There are additional episodes from other storylines circulating, but because there are so many holes in those plots, those episodes have not been included here.   The dates, episode numbers and titles are believed to be correct based on available information, but any corrections are welcome. I will add to these collections if I discover new episodes or if any new episodes become available. Additionally, while I tried to put together a collection that contains the best version of each episode that I could, there may be better copies of some recordings available from collectors and dealers, and I encourage you to reach out to them if you are so inclined. We OTR enthusiasts owe a huge debt to those who have worked tirelessly to discover, acquire and preserve these recordings. My role here has been to organize the files I have, verify the dates, episode numbers and titles as best I could from available sources, and correct and rename the files accordingly. My goal is to ensure these excellent artistic expressions of our past are preserved for this and all future generations, and I hope that by uploading all of my files here in a uniform and organized system, they will be easily accessible for all.
