From the excellent and creative mind of Elizabeth von Arnim comes this humorous travelogue of parts of Great Britain and, if that were not enough, a hilarious look into the ridiculousness of the mind of the self-styled German"nobleman" of the time. (Summary by Christine Rottger) (8 hr 57 min)

I was hoping it would be a book about a caravan vacation. It was but the man who was telling the story was very dominating and did not think women should be able to act and think for themselves. If they were married the men needed the controller and guide them because they were incapable of the mental capacity to think,or take care of themselves it was so annoying to me that I had trouble enjoying the travels.

a little confusing to me with so many readers. But a lot of funny stuff in it.
