An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations is the magnum opus of the Scottish economist Adam Smith, published on March 9, 1776 during the Scottish Enlightenment. Well done. An excellent and consistent reading of an mportant book. A word of warning though: if you are foolish enough to read Adam Smoth's original work you eill forever after be exasperated by the way his ideas are misrepresented by modern day 'neoliberals'.

Better to start at Volume 1

An excellent read of a fascinating book. Kudos to the reader for keeping five volumes of economic theory interesting. Topical, given the dependence politicians of the Right seem to place on the text.

Listened to all 5, all brilliant.

Perfectly read with enthusiasm. some chapter double ups but doesn't impact experience. As valuable as a history as much as guide to economic concepts.
