A lovely story perfect for adults every bit as much as older children - lyrical, poignant, cognizant and I loved it. Earphones in, it was my bedtime companion for a week. Karen Savage reads it beautifully.
sidygreb ribFabulous!

I read this book when I was 8, and have always loved this tale of woe transforming into hope. I'm not crying.. you're crying. The Reader is one of my favorites.. thank you, Karen Savage, for reading this as it should be read.
Amazingly narrated

The Secret Garden was always one of my favorite books but I never have a courage to read it in English. Karen has a beautiful and clear voice, very easy for a foreigner to understand. I loved her accents and expressions she used while reading. I have started listening to audiobooks to improve my English and can recommend this version from the cockle of my heart. A very pleasant and educational at the same time.

Fantastic. A classic that I cannot speak more highly of. Its a sweet and happy story that takes some time to warm up. but that time is as necessary as a seed taking the time to push up a bud for a flower to bloom.

I have listened to many of the books Karen Savage has read, and she continues to amaze me! I am astounded that she can read with such emotion and movement. I sure couldn’t! She is one of my favorite LibriVox readers of all time!
Just Magic!

Fantastic book. Been a long time since the last reading. Made even better by the reading of Karen Savage. Karen could read the phone book and I'd be inclined to listen. Listen to all of her books and want for more.
